	BOARD OF DIRECTORS


	Mr. Jose L. Tapia, General Director and Founder
	Economist, General Director and Founder of Free Enterprise Institute (Institute de Libre Empresa - ILE) since 1999. He is currently Professor of History of Peruvian Economy, Economics, and International Trade since 2000 at San Juan Bautista University. Also is Member of the Advisor Council to the E.G. West Centre for Market Solutions in Education at the University of NewCasttle Upon Tyne in England and to the Gerson Lehrman Group's Policy and Economics Council in New York. He has experience in public sector for 9 years and has had high positions in national government. He wrote weekly in diferents newspapers in Lima. He is coauthor of “The Way Out”, 2nd Edition, along with Alberto Mansueti, December 2006, and “Enterprise, economics, and freedom” book, along with Guillermo Vidalon, and Myriam J. Ortiz, march 2006.


	Ms. Myriam J. Ortiz, Director of Economics and Co-Founder
	Founder and Director of Economics at ILE. She was born in Lima, Peru and got her degree of bachelor in economics and her professional title as economist at the Ricardo Palma University. She is Professor of Economics of the Professional School of Business Administration at the St. John Baptist Private University in Lima. She has great experience in social and private projects financed by International Organisations which had a great opportunity to manangement focus group in poor areas in Peru such as Iquitos, Talara and Piura. In professional field, she has a especialization in finance and is involvement in all the financial life at ILE. Her major areas of interest are: economic policy and private and social projects.

	Luis Bustamante, *Rector of Peruvian University of Applied Sciences* *(UPC)*
	Lawyer of Complutense University, Madrid, Spain. He was Dean of Faculty of Administration and Accountabilty of Pacific University. Although, he was Member of Consultation Council of Ministry of Housing, Labor and Social Promotion and Senator of the Republic of Peru (1990 - 1992). Mr. Bustamante is author of "The New University" and member of Citizen Institute in Lima.


	Jorge Fernández-Baca, Professor of University of Pacific
	Economist. He is Adjunct Professor at the Academic Departament of Economics and was Director of the Center of Research at the University of Pacific between 1996-1999. Mr. Fernandez-Baca is Ph.D. (c) in Economics of the University of Paris I. He was President of the Court of Competition Defense of INDECOPI. His major field of interest are regulation of public services, anti -monopolic, monetary theory and history of economic thinking. Fernandez-Baca´s books are Microeconomics: Theory and applications (2000); Money, Prices and Exhchange Rate (2000) and Human Capital, Institutions and Growth (1995), all edited by University of Pacífic.



	Oscar M. Jasaui, General Manager of Pacific Credit Rating- Perú
	Economista and General Manager of Pacific Credit Rating. Founder of Jasaui & Economists Associattes SCRL, a consultant business pionner in the classification of risk of share since 1993 in Peru. Mr. Jasaui was Dean of Economists Association of Lima (1996-1997). Although, he was in charged in directories y advisory in private business and State. He has got title of Economist from University of Pacífic y got his MBA with specialization in Marketing, Business Strategy of Business, Finance, Interrnational Business and Economic Managment in J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Nothwestern University.


	Federico Salazar, Journalist of America *Television*
	Journalist. Host of news programme in America Television (Channel 4 VHF) and has a column in Ojo newspaper with studies of philosphy at the National University of San Marcos and economics journalism in USA.
	Roberto Salmón, Director

	Roberto Salmón, Manager *Director of Salmón&Salmón Publicists Associates*
	Accountant, with a broad experience in administration and finance in insurance system, in organizations such as Superintendency of Banking and Insurance, Cóndor Insurance Ltda.(today Wiese Aetna) from he is founder, Atlas Insurance, El Sol Nacional Insurance (today Mapfre) and Popular and Porvenir Insurance Company, from he was President of Directory. Actually is President of Directory of Salmón & Salmón Publicists Associates.
