Enrique Ghersi Silva

Professor of the Universidad de Lima

Mr. Enrique Ghersi is professor of law & economics of the Universidad de Lima and well-known peruvian lawyer who writes along with Hernando De Soto "The Other Path" book. He is adjunct scholar of Cato Institute in Washington D.C.. He was the only peruvian libertarian congressman which was elected at the begining of the nineties.

Alberto Mansueti

Author "The Way Out" book

He is lawyer to National University of Litoral in Argentina and Political Sciences to the National University of Rosario. He is author of several books such us "What Liberalism is", "The Way Out" and articles. Mr. Mansueti is expert in politics, presidential campaigns, political marketing, publicidad and polls. He is one of few classical liberals who proposes "ideológic rock" against statism to develop a triangle articulated in philosophy, politics and religion. Mr.Mansueti is follower of Austrian Economics, realistics philosophy and natural rights schools.

Carlos Alberto Montaner

Writer and journalist

Carlos Alberto Montaner born in La Habana, Cuba, in 1943. He is living in Madrid since 1970. He was professor in diferentes universities in latin america and USA. Montaner is writer and journalist. Several decens of newspapers of Latin america, Spain and USA take since 30 years ago his weekly column. Power magazine has qualified as one of columnist more influence in spanish tongue. Montaner has published “best-sellers” Guide to the Perfect Latin American Idiot and and The Manufacturing of Poverty, with Plinio Apuleyo Mendoza and Álvaro Vargas Llosa. In 1992 Montaner was elected vice president of Liberal International, position that hold since then.

Journalist and writer

He is a native of Peru and received his B.S.C. in international history from the London School of Economics.He has been a member of Board of the Miami Herald Publishing Company and op-ed page editor and columnist at the Miami Herald and a contributor to the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, BBC World Service, and Time Magazine. He is the author of the books, one of the most important are Guide to the Perfect Latin American Idiot (with Carlos Alberto Montaner and Plinio Apuleyo Mendoza), and The Manufacturing of Poverty (with Carlos Alberto Montaner and Plinio Apuleyo Mendoza). He is Director of Center for Global Prosperity of The Independent Institute.
