Introduction

Recently, we have seen that peruvian private enterprises were hurted in several circumstances by peruvian state actions of Executive and Legistative Powers. Actions are diversed, since the application of discriminative measures through taxes until the expropiation of private property of the entrepreneurs. Due to this situation, Instituto de Libre Empresa (ILE) has called for this forum to little and big hurted entrepreneurs in order to give them lectures to the public opinion and to get a positive response from governmental authorities. Also, ILE does this effort to avoid these state actions will be repeated in the future due to they harasses entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial discovery. That is why Instituto de Libre Empresa is devoted entirely and uncompromisingly to preserve entrepreneurial freedom in Peru and rest of the world following the tradition of Austrian School of Economics.
