Instituto de Libre Empresa will be held this fora on july 18, 2001, which its objective is to encourage little potential investors to invest their capital in education, in a context where state investments are not having fruitful results waited by parents from poor population.

Although, in this fora will be presented  results from an investigation did by one of our researchers, who identifies 12 fails from the state in the  education, harming to poor families, and he recommends separate State from education, in order to let to parents, teachers, businessmen, NGOs and organised community , to decide what, how and how many education must be produced.
