Instituto de Libre Empresa (Free Enterprise Institute), as an educational and research organization, has began a series of academic activities on liberty in Peru. In this opportunity, we have organized a forum about an very important issue to entrepreneurship, competition and free market. We have invited to well-known peruvian free market economists, journalists and scholars  in order to explain the important role of prices, who must sets them and what are the limits of freedom to set prices in Peru.
