I.         OBJECTIVES

1.1.        General Objective

 To improve the attitudes, abilities, conducts and capabilities of the participants with respect to the main activities of the enterprise economic cycle.

1.2.        Specify Objectives

When finalizing the workshop, the participants:

Given an enterprise economic atmosphere, recognize their enterprise behavior front desafios and opportunities, according to the rules that prevail.

Given the forms used in the simulation, recognize and learn the registry of the financial, accountable and operational information, that are important tools of a good management.

They identify the advantages and risks that it involves to work in equipment for the decision making, given enterprise surroundings.

II.  TASK FORCE

The equipment of trainers that will execute the workshop, will be conformed by foreign organization with expertise in this area:

 

III. ACTIVITIES TO DEVELOP

For the execution of the workshop the following activities will be made:

Organization of the workshop

The organization of the workshop will have the following subactivities:

  • Reproduction of manual of work of the participants

  • Preparation of the materials of facilitation for the workshoP

  • Design and processing of plans of facilitation.

  • Coordinations to verify the premises, the attendance of participants, equipment and furniture, etc.

  • Meeting of work of the trainers a day before the workshop.

Execute of workshop

The execute of workshop it will last 03 days, (04 hours per day). The workshop will be made in function to the contents shown in annex 01.

Evaluation of the workshop

From the evaluation made by the participants, when ending the workshop; it will be processed and the respective report will appear, additionally to the report of the workshop, that it includes an evaluation of the participants and recommendations for his improvement.

Delivery of report

After culminated the workshop, the information will be processed and a report will be processed, which will be given to ILE Peru.

 

III.      SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES

The workshop will be fulfilled, considering the following schedule of execution of activities:

V. BUDGET

The total amount by the accomplishment of the workshop including taxes, materials, and use of the game set is of USD 1,000.00 covered by the partner organization.

 Annex No. 02

“Laboratory of Businesses”

Background

        

ILE Peru develop to actions in smallbusiness, fostering the dinamization of the market of non financing services. This institution like part of his to drive, have identified the needed to make available of institutions that offer services of enterprise promotion, more and better methodologies of qualification and consultant's office for small businessmen or entrepreneurs.

 

In this sense, the methodology and products are at the present time the alternative of qualification and more effective consultant's office by his recognized obtained experience and results in Latin America.

 

The different instruments in the educative system, reduce the expositiva part of the qualification and allow that the trainer is concentrated in the transmission of experiences and application of the  concepts, by means of the modality of participativa session, the contents to treat are selected by the own participants on the base of their necessities and its processing is oriented to stimulate the concrete decision making and pertinent actions to its reality.

 

The success in the management of a company depends on many factors; technical experience, knowledge, take rational from decisions, suitable handling of the information and capacity of the administrators to obtain data, to form work parties, etc.

 

Nevertheless, many of these elements are ignored in the daily administration. In individual those that have relation with the control on the march and operation of the company, whose procedures or tools even, get to consider ties bureaucratic (mandatory accountable registries) that there is to fulfill without considering his value for the management.

 

Pragmatic Objective

The program is oriented to that the participant::

 

·        To acquire conscience of the needed to control the management in its company, jeopardizing time and resources to this activity.

 

·        To analyze its enterprise behavior front to challenges and difficulties.

 

·        To demystify the difficulty of the accounting.

 

·        To recognize that the financial, accountable and operational information are important tools for a good management.

 

·        Alive the experience to work in equipment and recognizes the advantages that represent, as well as the factors of risk that it involves.

 

Content 

Laboratory of Businesses simulates a model of market simplified, although realistic of the enterprise economic atmosphere.

 

Methodology  

By means of three annual exercises, each one of 12 months, the attitudes, abilities, conducts and capacities of handling of information of the participants, is put on approval when facing different competitive situations from the surroundings. These situations are generated by exaggerated variables, as well as by the own companies of which figuratively they comprise.

Materials  

  • Game Seth: he includes boards, cards, electronic dice, figurative elements of raw materials, productive resources and finished, as well as printed products representative of actions, conditions of surroundings and commercial transactions (for use exclusively during the sessions). Manual of the company: he contains detailed explanation of the instructions and rules of the game (for use of each company) .

  • Form Seth: he contains leaves and procedures of registries of countable and/or commercial information.

  • Manual of the Director: Designed to serve as guide and direction to the directors of the program.

  • Information of conclusions at the end of the session.
