Free Enterprise Institute [ILE] was founded in 1998 and is a non-profit Peruvian think tank based in Lima which diffuses a system of free enterprise under the values and virtues of limited government, private property rights, and free markets. |

ILE
was founded as association on november 7, 1998 and registered formally at the Office
of Lima Register (www.orlc.gob.pe) on January 15, 1999, with number 11069813
and also was registered at the National Superintendency of Taxation (www.sunat.gob.pe)
with
RUC No.20460833770, exempted of Income Tax according with Resolution of
Intendency No.023-5-033265 dated of January 27, 2000. Also,
ILE has named as an entity which can receive donations according to
the Ministry Resolution No.400-2006-EF/15 on July 20, 2006, awarded by
the Ministry of Finance. All business in Peru can pay less taxes to
the profits if they donate to ILE until 10% of its profits subject to
taxes.
