This book authored by Alberto Mansueti and José Luis Tapia Rocha and prologued by Alvaro Vargas Llosa, the book is described as providing the best tool against statism. It offers a Q&A manual on how wealth is created as well as fundamental ideas behind libertarianism and its difference with neo-liberalism, statism, social democracy, and social Christian philosophy. It also tries to lay out strategies on how to achieve a free society and religious principles that support these ideas. It also provides political, economical and moral arguments to defend laissez-faire capitalism.

The book is highly didactical with graphs and concept maps, a Business Ethics index, and a list of bad laws currently in place in Peru.
